Can I upgrade my ticket from a 2-day ticket to a Full Stack one?

Sure, send an email to [email protected] with the order or ticket reference you purchased and ask for an upgrade.

Can I get an invoice?

After purchasing a ticket you will get a receipt. You can also add additional information to it and download it as a PDF. You’ll also find a link to the receipt in your order email.

Are there any group discounts?

If you are planning a large group (5+) to attend, you have a 10% discount usingGROUPas a discount code.

Can I get a VAT refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot subtract the VAT amount since the Spanish law makes us include VAT for conference tickets, even if the buyer has provided a valid EU VAT number.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes, until July 14th 2018. Contact us at [email protected] with your order or ticket reference and we’ll issue a refund.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, until August 31st 2018. You can change the ticket details by following the links in the email you received when purchasing it.

What is included in my registration?

  • Permanent coffee/soft drinks bar during the conference
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch in a selection of local restaurants
  • After-conference drinks/party
  • A t-shirt, bag and some other cool conference merchandising

Can I volunteer in exchange of a ticket?

No, we don't have a volunteer program.
